All API participants & staff are safe & accounted for in Cuba, following a major tornado that struck Havana last night, resulting in several casualties, flooding & significant damage. Classes have been cancelled for today as a result of the storm. We are in close communication with our on-site staff who are providing support as needed for students. We will continue to monitor the situation closely & provide updates as necessary. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and the entire Havana community as it begins the recovery process.
